Passengers heard the commotion

“We have been sitting here for hours without any proper information. Many families are facing this problem. Another passenger narrated his ordeal, “We are stuck in a half-empty terminal building without any communication. We have small children, women, some sick people with us and we have no information other than the two slips that were sent last evening. It’s been almost 14 hours since we landed.”
