Mumbai: Astronauts Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore have returned to Earth. The film industry stars were excited about Sunita’s return. Actor R. Madhavan shared a post on social media, welcoming her and stating that everyone’s prayers had been answered. Meanwhile, actor Chiranjeevi described her return as a blockbuster.

Madhavan shared a video of Sunita Williams on Instagram and wrote, “Welcome back to Earth, dear Sunita Williams. Our prayers have been answered today. It feels wonderful to see you safe and smiling.

After spending over 260 days in space, returning safely is truly a blessing of God and the result of millions of people’s prayers. Congratulations to the entire team and crew.”

Actor Chiranjeevi expressed his joy on his X handle. He wrote, “Welcome back to Earth, Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore! You went to space for 8 days and returned after 286 days, completing an astonishing 4,577 orbits around Earth! A historic and heroic homecoming.”
