The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) is about to witness a historic moment soon. The much-acclaimed web series Maharani-4, based on Bihar politics, will be shot in the MCD House, which will be transformed to resemble the Bihar Assembly.

The producers have decided to present the Aruna Asaf Ali Meeting Hall at Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Civic Center of the Delhi Municipal Corporation as the Bihar Assembly.

The shooting is scheduled for Sunday, March 23, from 7 AM to 10 PM. All official permissions have been obtained, and preparations are in full swing. Meanwhile, the Delhi Municipal Corporation has ensured a smooth execution of the shoot.

What’s Special About Maharani 4?

The Maharani web series is known for effectively portraying the complexities of Indian politics, power struggles, and social issues. This season, the story will feature intense political drama and power tussles.

According to sources, Rani Bharti (played by Huma Qureshi) will be seen struggling to retain her power and strategizing new political moves in Bihar. The rise of new political forces and deep political maneuvers will make this season even more thrilling.

A special team has been formed to provide all possible support to the actors and technical crew. Additionally, the MCD administration has ensured that daily operations will not be affected during the shoot.

Officials of the Delhi Municipal Corporation believe that this is not just the shooting of a web series but also a golden opportunity to bring national recognition to the MCD House.

A senior official stated that it is a matter of pride for them that the producers have chosen the MCD House to depict the Bihar Assembly. This will give a new identity to the grandeur and political significance of the MCD House.

The producers have assured that while transforming the hall into the Bihar Assembly, the original structure of the building will be maintained. Special visual effects and set designs will be used for this transformation.
