Hip-hop heavyweight Fat Joe is facing explosive accusations from a familiar face—his own former hype man, Terrance “T.A.” Dixon.

In a lawsuit filed Wednesday in Manhattan federal court (Southern District of New York), Dixon claims he witnessed the Bronx rapper engage in sexual acts with three underage girls, two of whom were allegedly brought into the U.S. for these encounters. One was reportedly flown in from the Dominican Republic, given a Brazilian butt lift, and set up in housing allegedly paid for by Fat Joe himself.

According to Page Six, Dixon says the rapper not only abused his power but ran what he calls “The Enterprise”—a twisted circle of manipulation, labor exploitation, and over 4,000 coerced sexual acts that Dixon says he was pressured to perform to maintain his status within Joe’s crew.

The suit also alleges wage theft, stolen royalties, tax fraud, misappropriated tour funds, and even money laundering through Fat Joe’s businesses.

Fat Joe, real name Joseph Cartagena, isn’t staying quiet. His lawyer Joe Tacopina called the whole thing a “money grab,” saying some of the supposed victims “deny any involvement or even knowing Joe.”

“This is nothing more than a revenge stunt,” Tacopina told Page Six, linking the lawsuit to an earlier defamation and extortion case Fat Joe filed against Dixon back in April. Tacopina added, “Dixon is using the courts to rewrite history and get headlines.”

According to Dixon, the nightmare spanned 16 years. He says he lived under constant fear, psychological pressure, and violent intimidation. And despite being an integral part of Fat Joe’s live shows and music, Dixon says he was repeatedly underpaid, even as Joe’s fame soared.

As of now, no criminal charges have been filed. The lawsuit is civil, and the claims remain allegations—not proven in court.

It’s a deeply disturbing picture, if true. And it throws a spotlight on one of rap’s most familiar faces—a man who built his image on loyalty, brotherhood, and Bronx pride.

Fat Joe hasn’t posted anything about the lawsuit on social media. But you can bet this won’t stay quiet for long.
