Tiktok Star Anna Grace Phelan Dies At 19 After Brain Cancer Diagnosis

Anna Grace Phelan — the TikTok sweetheart with a megawatt smile and unmatched courage — has died at 19, less than a year after being diagnosed with brain cancer.

The news broke late Friday night, when her family posted a tear-jerking update on her TikTok page. “She is in the arms of Jesus,” they wrote. “Thank you all for loving our girl and for walking this journey with us.”

Yeah, we’re crying too.

Anna Grace, who racked up over 100K followers with her raw, real, and often joyfully chaotic content, had been sharing every step of her glioblastoma battle since getting diagnosed in September 2024. She was just about to start college when she suddenly started experiencing numbness, vision issues, and speech problems.

Fast forward a few MRIs and boom — glioblastoma. The most aggressive type of brain cancer. No cure. But Anna didn’t flinch.

Instead of hiding, she turned to TikTok. And people showed up. Followers flooded her with love, prayers, and a GoFundMe that raised over $65,000 to help with medical expenses.

Her spirit? Unstoppable. Even when the tumor grew into an inoperable area that made breathing hard, she kept sharing. On May 14, she posted an update saying her condition had worsened — but she was still trusting God, still hoping.

“God is still good,” she wrote. “No matter what.”

Anna passed away on May 24. Her funeral is set for May 29 at Galilee Christian Church in Georgia — the same place where she was baptized as a kid.

She leaves behind her parents, Buddy and Nadine Phelan, and her younger brother Harper.

TikTok has lost a light — but her message? Loud and clear: faith, fight, and a little flair go a long way.
