Fans have been waiting for years since the first film dropped in 2020. And now? We’re just months away from the next chapter in the saga of the world’s most unkillable mercenaries.

Mark Your Calendars: The Old Guard 2 is hitting Netflix on July 2, 2025—so get ready for more action, more drama, and of course, more badassery from Andy (Charlize Theron). But don’t worry, she’s not flying solo. She’s bringing the whole gang back for round two, including Nile (KiKi Layne), Joe (Marwan Kenzari), and Nicky (Luca Marinelli), who are ready to kick some serious immortal butt.

This time around, the immortals are facing a serious threat in the form of Quynh (Veronica Ngô), the villain who’s looking for revenge. And if that wasn’t enough, the crew is joined by some seriously big names: Crazy Rich Asians star Henry Golding and the legendary Uma Thurman are both jumping into the action. Talk about a powerhouse cast.

Production kicked off back in 2022 in Italy, and while it faced a few bumps along the way (thanks to a fire at the Cinecittà Studios and Netflix leadership changes), it looks like the wait is finally over. The film’s already entered post-production and it’s all systems go for that July release date.
