Actress Tori Spelling and advertising executive Ryan Cramer made their official red carpet debut as a couple on Tuesday, April 9, during the Los Angeles premiere of the documentary The Carters: Hurts to Love You.
The appearance confirmed weeks of speculation regarding the pair’s rekindled relationship, which initially began in late 2023 following Spelling’s separation from actor Dean McDermott.
Spelling, who played on Beverly Hills, 90210, walked into the event in a black lace-trimmed slip dress and Converse knee-high sneakers. Cramer did a matching relaxed look, wearing black bell-bottom jeans, a yellow puffer jacket, and sneakers.
The two were initially seen together in public in November 2023 after a dinner date, with which they were captured on camera in Los Angeles. While the romance seemed to dwindle through early 2024, recent appearances, such as this week’s red carpet, suggest a rekindling of their connection.
Spelling, 50, has been candid about her personal life in recent months. On her podcast misSPELLING, she discussed the emotional challenges of her 2023 separation from McDermott, her husband of 18 years. In a March 2025 episode, Spelling revealed that her daughter, 13-year-old Hattie, encouraged her to leave the marriage, citing concerns over Spelling’s well-being.
“She said, ‘You need to be treated right, and you’re not happy,’” Spelling said during the episode.
Even when they separated, Spelling and McDermott have continued being cooperative when co-parenting their five children. McDermott publicly endorsed Spelling’s performance on Dancing With the Stars in late 2024, complimenting her through social media.
Spelling and Cramer have not officially commented on the state of their relationship, but their public appearance together at a major celebrity event indicates the couple is progressing toward an openly publicized period of their relationship.
