Why are Americans angry with Trump Protests in 50 states

There is now public anger in the United States against President Donald Trump. Apart from Trump, the public has also waged its war against Elon Musk. Crowds of people angry at the way President Donald Trump is running the country have marched and held rallies in several US cities.

In the United States, tens of thousands of protesters took to the streets in cities across the country, from New York, midtown Manhattan to Anchorage and Alaska, denouncing Donald Trump’s policies. Protesters took to the streets in Portland, Oregon, and Los Angeles, where they marched from Pershing Square to City Hall. These people are against the decisions of Donald Trump and billionaire Elon Musk on government downsizing, economy, immigration and human rights.

Thousands of people took to the streets

The protesters gathered in thousands and shouted slogans. According to the AP report, more than 150 groups carrying ‘Hands Off’ poster banners had come to protest at 1200 places in different 50 states of America. The protesters included civil rights organizations, labor unions, LBGTQ + advocates, veterans, and election workers. The rallies appeared peaceful and there were no immediate reports of arrests.

People have expressed their resentment

“The attacks we’re seeing are not just political,” said Kelly Robinson, president of the Human Rights Campaign advocacy group, according to the AP. They’re personal. They’re trying to ban our books, they’re cutting HIV prevention funding, they’re criminalizing our doctors, our teachers, our families, and our lives. “We don’t want this America. “We want the America we deserve, where dignity, safety and freedom don’t belong to a few of us, but to all of us.’
